JOSHUA WALTER DESIGNS was forged out of pure passion and elation for architectural design and concept modeling.

From the earliest age, I knew that real-estate would be part of my life, in one form or another. Growing up in Naples Florida, it was virtually impossible to disassociate from the magnificent residences that line the coastal waterways and beach front vistas. The influence was at home as well.  My Mother, a prominent real-estate agent and Father, a well respected general contractor always let me tag along on their adventures. Between checking in on job sites to prepping a home for showing, or even admiring blueprints in my Dad's office. I couldn't  get enough. 

 

The desire to create unique and functional spaces for people to enjoy is what motivates me to design. I treat each space as if it were my own. Constantly challenging my own ideas and thoughts about layout, texture, material, sizing. The list goes on. These works are more than just images or 3D models on a screen. They are extensions of myself. Creations with the intention of bringing joy and comfort to other peoples' lives in a way that only a home can.
